There are many people who think video games are not good for health or good for you at all but there are actually many benefits that come from playing. Here are 10 benefits I personally believe you can get from playing video games:
- Like i mentioned in my previous post about virtual reality video games can be good for some health issues including disorder and in some cases help vision.
- Video games can also improve on hand-eye coordination.
- It also provides fun and entertainment to those who play.
- Believe or not video games help with teamwork when playing games online that require everybody on a team doing a specific task.
- People think that all video games are violent but there are some out there with no violence and are very safe to play.
- Many people also think that video games are just kids sitting still for hours but some games are meant to get you up and move.
- Some games also help with problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Video games can also enhance creativity with building type games.
- Something that i saw and surprises me and that video games can improve on some kids self-confidence.
- The last one is something that i feel when i play video games and that is reduced stress.
